Welcome to the Lytham Condominiums Owners Association

We are a community of 31 households, located in Iowa City, Iowa. We are south and west of the University of Iowa Kinnick Stadium and within walking distance to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. 13 of our households are freestanding homes, the other 18 are shared duplexes.

We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, made up of residents.  In addition, we have 3 standing committees, again made up of residents.  Those names and positions are as follows:

Social Committee members:  Deb Wretman, Karen Baker, Kathy Ternes
